Hey guys!
Listing this one for those who loves a good steak and bbq.

As some of you know, sujihikis are knives mostly specialized to slice meat/fish. I did this one in a very smooth convex grind featuring an amazing hamon with some nice carbon migration grey tones, a detail only seemed in dark which i will share pictures only with the owner of it.
Handle is A+ grade ironwood with some nice ebony ferrule. Picked this combination as it really gives me a "classic" look of a japanese handle. The ironwood has some dark stripes that really seems to be "flowing" from the ebony, which in my opinion makes the combination even richer.
Blade is taken by perfection in terms of weight and balance, while being quite big, it has only 163 grams.
It is really hard to describe how good and agile it feels to use such long knife yet so light. It will clean cut meat with pretty much any effort.
Honyaki sujihikis are really tricky knives to make, they can warp really serious and it is a pain to keep them perfectly straight. As all my knives, you can count with a Perfectly straight spine and edge.
Both choil and spine are rounded for your comfort.
As you can see in the pictures above, this knife will dance in the cutting board. For those who dont like to try big knives in the kitchen, this is guaranteed to be ton of fun and it is similar to driving a race car/bike for the first time in your life.
EDIT1: Forgot to mention but this knife obviously will perform good slicing most of the food out there including veggies, spices and such. Just happen to be more specialized for meat which it will exceptionally perform. This one is like a big gyuto but with a slightly convex grind, which some will even prefer for an all-around chef knife as it has less friction than a full flat grind.
SOLD shipped (6~9 days worldwide most of the time) - zipped pouch included
Hope you enjoy guys!
For those who are stainless-gang, tomorrow ill be listing an amazing santoku out of forge finish magnacut and a very modern high-end handle material.
