FINAL UPDATE: ALL SOLD

SPECIAL OFFER OF THE WEEKEND: BY BUYING THE SUJIHIKI BELOW + THIS GYUTO AVAILABLE HERE CONSIDER A NICE DISCOUNT ON BOTH!

Only the one listed in the pictures below is still available - they have all the same setup

Hey guys! After some chaotic weeks of visiting a supplier who can do fine CNC machining, im happy to introduce two of my new makers mark meant for my premium blades.

Listing for you today this amazing 260mm sujihiki - which is a knife meant for slicing who can do this exceptionally well.

This blade will cut anything in its path, but it will really shine by processing meat.

The convex, almost zero grind will push the food being cut away from its edge, requiring less force applied to slice any kind of food.

14C28N steel is one of the toughest stainless steel that a knife can have. I consider it the stainless version of 52100, but with better edge retention and toughness, near same composition of the known AEBL. It is the favorite stainless steel by Mora knives, especially due how many abuse and stress it can take even at high hardenss like 60~62hrc. The handle is made out of synthetic ivory, USA made carbon fiber and g10 liners, it dont requires a single touch of maintenance. Wont absorb any moisture, bacteria or anything. The synthetic ivory is a very high tech material and has a nice warm touch feeling due its minerals.

The whole blade despite being long and thin, is completely true and straight, the spine and choil are perfectly polished and rounded, you will be pleased on how good it feels in hand, allowing you to master this blade without any minor discomfort.

The weight and balance is strangely good, while the blade is big, it is light and fast. The handle is wide and thin, creating you a very easy and natural grip on it.

This knife is easy to handle and to use, it will quickly become your favorite i have no doubts. The finish is superb and the fitting is as good as it can get.

FINALLY, 14C28N steel is known to be very fine grained and at this thickness behind the edge, it is guaranteed you will have a nice experience when needing to sharpen it. It will be easy and fast, can even start straigth forward in fine stones like 1500~2000 grit.

IMPORTANT DETAIL: This knife is NOT fragile and despite having a very aggressive grind, it will only snap or have any problem if you abuse REALLY REALLY BAD the knife (like nearly impossible considering a regular kitchen use) - even if you're not experienced with such blades, that should not be a problem

Nice! Quick sales too. Congrats on the new name markers.
Many thanks buddy, your support had a heavy importance on the new upgrades. Really grateful

If one were interested in purchasing this fine cutting instrument what form of payment would be acceptable?
There are many methods of paying but almost everyone here in the forums that purchased from me has picked Remitly that usually takes less than 10 minutes from zero to end. Very solid platform, been using about 2 years. Im always concerned of using whatever the customer prefer, except paypal due their really bad international policies, especially when trading knives that can be easily understood as weapons depending the country.

I made my first purchase (4 knives ) from Francisco recently - after much lurking . Highly recommend . Knives were gorgeous upon receipt. Was my first time using remitly and wasn’t the easiest process (they call to confirm) but Francisco was very responsive throughout the whole process from discussing to shipping to receipt . Buy with confidence !
