Ill have one more of these this week, contact me for pre ordering it
Hey guys! Listing today an amazing tool for those who wants the very best performance possible out of 52100.
While most of people choose 8" for regular use on kitchen, i believe 6" is the best choice for small preps/meals for 2~3 people.
For bigger meals/preps, it is the perfect match to complete the 8 or 10" chef knife.

Whole knife has only 102 grams - incredible fast and precise.

Even if you're not a knife maker, i strongly suggest you buying the "Knife Engineering" book by Larrin Thomas who has placed a ton of useful and very important information of knives in it. It will seriously improve your experience of buying custom knives as a collector by being able to better picking materials, shapes, grinds etc.

It has a perfectly rounded choil and spine

Knife comes inside a nice zipped pouch with my makers mark laser etched in it.

Handle in kingwood - one of the most durable and hardest woods in the planet - only available in the Northern area of Brazil - it is a tree that takes ages to grow up and is quite rare - one of my favorites - smells really nice and it is often used to make extremely expensive perfums
Kingwood has a really interesting history behind its name - definitely worth a read
Its density is 1,1 to 1,2g/cm³ (almost same to Ebony and ironwood).
Blade is hand sharpened to 2000 grit and it will be delivered ready to use. Extremely sharp and easy to use.
As some of you know by my last post, this design got me inspired by the fact that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication - a clean looking extraordinary tool.
240$ shipped - check my website to see more of my work fvazknives.com
Hope you enjoy it!
