HHH Knives Gyuto Blade for sale
190mm Feather damascus gyuto blade. Asking SOLD!!! delivered worldwide!
STEEL, High Carbon damascus, Hardened to a RC of 61.
Blade is approx 190mm on the edge and is 51mm tall at the heel. 3mm above the heel, tapering to the tip. Convex ground. with Edge is at .006" at the heel and as you get toward the tip it goes to .005" I will sharpen before sending, per customer request.
The area where the tang meets blade is precision ground square. so mounting should be a breeze. The height there is 27mm Rounded spine and choil.
