Posting these guys again! Doing a closeout sale I guess since I'll be leaving here in a couple weeks for a summer job I took in New Mexico. I'm going to be a first time white water river guide for New Mexico River Adventures up in the Taos area in case you want to come say hi 😁. I want these guys to go to a good home so I'm not worried for them when I'm gone!

Hello everyone! I have here a forged 6ā€ chef. 2ā€ tall at the heel to allow for clearance, a flat grind on the bevels, and a cork belt finish.
The handle tapers to the front from the middle as seen in the photo and is fastened with a stainless corby bolt. The spine and choil are rounded smooth for comfort. Knife comes with the box shown for safe keeping of the blade.

Steel: 1084
OA Length: 11ā€
Blade Length: 6ā€
Blade Finish: 400 grit Cork Belt
Tang: Full
Handle: Honduras Rosewood/Black Liners
Pins: Stainless corby and pins
Blade Thickness: ~1/8"
Creation Method: Hand Forged

That's a nice knife with a great finish at a bargain price. Hopefully someone will buy this soon.

This knife was delivered yesterday and was put to work for dinner prep right away.
The fit and finish is incredible for the amount of money rendered - I'm very happy.
I tend to use a pinch grip quite often while working and the brut de forge flats lend themselves well!
Thank you Diego for a wonderful knife - enjoy your summer job but please keep making knives.
