Hello everyone! I have here a forged 6ā chef. 2ā tall at the heel to allow for clearance, a flat grind on the bevels, and a cork belt finish.
The handle tapers to the front from the middle as seen in the photo and is fastened with a stainless corby bolt. The spine and choil are rounded smooth for comfort. Knife comes with the box shown for safe keeping of the blade.
Steel: 1084
OA Length: 11ā
Blade Length: 6ā
Blade Finish: 400 grit Cork Belt
Tang: Full
Handle: Honduras Rosewood/Black Liners
Pins: Stainless corby and pins
Blade Thickness: ~1/8"
Creation Method: Hand Forged
