I have a Formex TS350 complete set in excellent condition. Case and bracelet are a mixture of titanium and stainless steel, it has a very nice black carbon fiber dial with red accent on the chapter ring. Dial is angled for easy reading and features a very cool suspension system (see it on the Formex site: Formex - Philosophy). Comes with outer box, aluminum inner box, leather strap, rubber strap, Formex lanyard, Allen wrenches, spare links (watch is currently sized for my 6.5" wrist) and a couple of small spare parts. There are enough spare links to add another 2.5" to the bracelet, so it should fit up to a 9" wrist.
The watch is in excellent condition, at least 93% on the TZ scale. There are some hairlines on the case that are too light to photograph and some light scuffs on the bracelet. There is a scuff on the top edge of the bezel near the "360" mark. The leather strap looks used but the rubber one appears unworn. The outer box has seen better days, but the inner box is pristine.
