I have for sale, a lightly used, concealable, soft-body-armor ballistic vest, rated level III-A.

It will stop a .44 MAG
This vest is GREAT if you go to the shooting range a lot, where some people like to point their guns to the side and laugh with their friends, not paying attention at all, and also if you live in Houston and have to drive through areas like south Fondren and west of 45 near U of H!
Pictures are below the text, and are ones that I just took a few minutes ago. I took several pictures at different angles so that you may see the how concealable this vest actually is!
I didn't have a Glock 23 with me to pose for a good picture so I grabbed my BM42 Balisong & MT Ultratech OTF Auto ;-)
The vest thickness: ~ 0.24"; 6.0 mm
Total weight of vest, including Nylon Outershell: ~ 4.8 lbs; 2.2 kg

This Is A Ballistic Level III-A Vest
This is the highest blunt trauma protection rating in soft body armor. The best for very high-risk situations to cover more of the uncommon or unusual threats. This high of a rating minimizes blunt trauma injury to allow more effective return fire.
FULL-wrap side coverage standard. Maximum side protection under the armpit (one of your most exposed areas if you use a Weaver, side-angled stance), or if you are getting flanked by multiple assailants.
This vest will stop .44 Magnum, Lead Semi-Wadcutter, traveling at ~1,400 fps (~427 mps) and a 9 mm FMJ at ~1,400 fps (~427 mps) (e.g., sub-machine-gun velocity).

It also comes with a waterproof Nylon Outershell in a Navy color (see pics).
The vest is made of the highest grade ProMAX Concealable Ultra-Thin GOLD SHIELD© ballistic material, making it extremely effective and at the same time, very flexible and concealable.
There is a 3-6 week wait for these custom vests.
For size comparison for you, I am 5' 11", approximately 160 lbs, and I wear a 32-33 size pants.
To purchase, you MUST be legally able to purchase body armor. This includes state laws, as well as any past criminal history that may prevent you from lawfully purchasing/owning a ballistic vest.
