Knife is brand new. You'll need to put an edge on it. The factory edge on all GEC knives that I've gotten 2007-present have been dull as spoons. But if you know how to sharpen, you'll be extremely pleased. You won't find a better made standard production slipjoint. I have no idea why they made only 100 of these knives. A clip point 15 with 440C steel was going to be hugely popular. I've been carrying an identical knife a lot since I got it. This is a backup but I'd like to get elk as a backup for some more variety. I prefer to trade for elk. If you've got one for trade, please message or email photos of both sides and the well. Thank you.

I prefer to trade for a 2-blade yellow heart wood #14 barlow or a clip blade #15 barlow with amber sawcut bone covers or something similar. The saddle sawcut bone covers that someone recently sold are similar enough. If it sells, I will be most likely using that money toward purchasing one of those knives. I can add cash to the trade when appropriate.
