"GEC #15 boy's knife with crescent nick spear, reground wharncliffe secondary, and GEC Sunbrite scales. For this knife, I tried something different. I really like the Sunbrite scales, so I decided to reuse them, but I cut and ground the wharncliffe blade out of an #15 electrician saw/flathead blade. The wharnie is evenly ground, very sharp, and has a swedge on both sides of the spine. I also added a lanyard hole, an EO notch for the wharnie, and sharpened the spear(kinda dull factory edge). A tiny piece of the acrylic chipped by the lanyard hole on the mark side, so I am discounting this one, but I did fill it with CA glue, so it is smooth."
I see no evidence of use. I know I never carried it. Knife is sharp! As far as the chip next to the lanyard hole it is barely noticeable (at least to my eyes) but I believe in full disclosure. You can see a little bit of dark area next to the lanyard tube in the hi-res picture. Comes in the original GEC tube/lid so the sticker shows this one was once a caplifter. Evan robbed the CL blade to make his beerlows back then. As far as I know this is the only one like this in existence and Evan isn't doing mods like this any longer so here is your chance.
