This is a GEC #383215 Chapman Pruner in maroon linen micarta. It's been sharpened and used. The blades have patina, but no chips or other damage, and are in fine working order. The main blade has a medium pull, and a nice loud snap, the spey blade has a lighter pull. Both are solid with no wobble, and should make a fine user.
