GEC Northfield 748117 "Stallion" Cougar Clawed Bone. B lade, bolster, and backspring has been given a beautiful hand-rubbed satin finish (see pics). Sharpened to 18 degrees per side and polished to 0.5 micron. Slices like a dream. Immaculate fit and finish. Comes with custom hand-dyed chevre (goat) leather slip, hand saddle-stitched with 0.6mm Ritza 25 Tiger thread that fits the knife snugly but not too tight. $old
