I have attached my US address in the paypal message since the original associated address was oversea when I first registered account. But I do respect your decision and understood, thank you for the message/refund.

p.s. Btw, if you could accept foreign associated address, I won't mind sending again.

I only ship to the USA and the Paypal account must have a USA address associated with the account. Doing otherwise will void my Paypal protections. Thanks for understanding.
