Californias can legally own regular autos >2". The problem comes with having them in public, in the passenger compartment of your vehicle and lending, giving.

Zero issues legally with possesion, you may want to heed your own advice about knowing those restrictions.

I know my own state and local laws, not my responsibility to know all of them. Simple fact I will not ship to CA or NY, my decision.
