High Altitude Low Opening (HALO 1) - Early Production - Hand Cut Serrations- Anti Personnel
SN 005 - very early production. One of the first halos produced by Microtech! From Valmets list, this is the 44th halo made, and 39 of those were prototypes/customs. This is an incredible add to any HALO collector's collection.

Beautiful vintage knife - Vero beach - this is the knife that started the HALO obsession among collectors. It sports a custom slide lock safety button to prevent the slide from accidentally being released - one of a kind in the series in this configuration. Texture on the edge of the grips has a satin feel that must be handled to be appreciated.
Includes the original super rare original kydex sheath with original strap made for Microtech by Bob Dozier. Before Tony produced his own accessories, he commissioned out. This is an example of those really early RARE accessories included in the package that is nearly extinct today! Super rare collectible!
A few very slight blems can bee seen on the handle (see pictures), but are very minor. Slide is in excellent condition free from snail trails. Rare for a 30 year old blade! Knife has been stored in the safe since I received it, it is in really good shape! Blade is in great shape as it has been stored in good conditions since purchase (climate controlled safe with blade out and rem oil on the blade for proper storage).
