This model is no longer manufactured by Hinderer. It is a fixed blade version of the XM-18 3.5".
I couldn't resist the temptation to try one since they are rarely posted for sale on the forums.
I actually prefer it to the XM-18 3.5", but I would rather have a shorter model.
The Spanto blade is S35VN steel. The scales are textured gray G10.
The pancake kydex sheath fits well and the Tek-Lok operates smoothly.
The original factory edge was stropped and tested on paper for sharpness.
The screw heads show some minor wear and the factory box is slightly damaged.
