For your consideration,

Hinderer XM-18 3.5 Non-Flipper Slicer
This Hinderer Slicer has been lightly carried and used by the previous owner and me, but it is still in good condition. The blue anodizing is gone; I took it off with Whink as I prefer the plain Titanium look. Put a drop of red Locktite like Spyderco used to for the pivot, as it kept loosening up. Blade is always centered now, and lock up is solid. Flips with minimal effort, just make sure you're not touching the frame lock..took me a while to figure that out! I have some phosphor bronze washers installed, I'll include the teflon washers as well.

This was my first Hinderer and probably my last until I get a Wicked Edge or an Edge Pro, as I just can't' get it sharpened without putting marks on it. I have my good ol' Sharpmaker, but I noticed that I was putting marks on the blade every time I missed and hit the back of the rods instead. Took some pictures for a better idea of what I'm taking about. The scratches aren't extremely obvious, but they're there. Also, in desperation I tried a Harbor Freight stone, but that did nothing but scratch it a bit. This knife needs to be sharpened better. I love this knife but I need to give it up since I can't sharpen it without marking it, and I don't have the money for a fancy sharpener yet.

My loss, your gain...

Asking - $300

Fist "I'll take it" followed by PM and prompt payment gets it.

Paypal only, G&S.

$7.25 insured shipping to lower 48.

No international sales.

I don't believe Hinderer makes these non-flippers anymore, so get it while you can!

PM me with any questions or offers!
