I have an almost mint XM-24 that I got from a fellow BladeForums member a few weeks ago that I'm putting up for sale. He said it was a safe queen and it looks it. Has a couple rub marks on the back side where the clip would touch in tip-up configuration and a bit of a darker spot in the blade coating that I tried to capture, but other than that it looks new. As per the exchange rules you are allowed one listing per day per forum
In your one listing you may list as many knives as you wise
After you have listed a knife the first time you must wait 14 days to relist it

Exactly. The mods can combine your two listings for you. One listing should have both knives in it. Than you can't relist them until 14 days.
