Up For sale is my Hiroaki Ohta Camp Folder, (his model number 107)....It has presentation grade Sambar Stag scales and is double bolstered, the upper bolster is fluted/rat tail and both are polished. I am the original and only owner.
It has never been used but has seen light carry. There are a couple of light hairlines on the but end of the bottom bolster, and a light hairline on the rectangular escutcheon, (probably from banging around a little in my pocket). The blade is pristine, with a great front swedge, and remains as sharp as when purchased. It centered when close and has a nail nick for opening and a smooth half-stop.
Wonderful "walk and talk", spring is flush with the liner in all positions, (feels like one piece of steel all around the knife). This substantial slip-joint is a great knife for everyday carry and strong enough for any task. The stag scales are nicely matched and have that "popcorn" look and feel.
