I've got a great little K-tip gyuto up for sale today. It's Hitachi Blue #2 carbon steel that's heat treated to RC63. It's ground very thin and will be an awesome slicer. The handle is beautiful Manzanita with spalted Jatoba for the ferrule. It's lightly etched with FeCl . It's super light weighing only 4.8oz.

STEEL: 2.5mm (0.098") Hitachi Blue #2 carbon steel heat treated to RC63.
