Hi all,
I'm posting this wa handled paring knife today. The blade is Hitachi Blue #2 carbon steel heat treated by Peter's to RC63. It is finished with 400 grit cork belt. The grind is full flat down to 0.009" and then convex from there. It's handle with some exhibition grade Koa. The ferrule is Mango with a copper spacer and distressed copper cap.

Blade: 3.75" long, 1" wide, full flat grind with convex edge. Finished to 400 grit cork belt.
Handle: Stabilized exhibition grade Koa with stabilized Mango ferrule. Copper spacer and cap.
Steel: 0.07" Hitachi Blue #2 heat treated by Peter's to RC63

Took delivery of this gem this week. Really a very nicely made, lightweight paring knife that just begs to cut something. Love the materials combination, the blade finish, and as always, fine craftsmanship from Robert. Thanks for another great knife, Robert!
