Hello Everyone, I have several kitchen knives left from a large batch I just finished up for a local store. These are all made from 8670 high carbon steel, this is a extremely tough steel that allows me to leave the blades at a good hardness and take the edge really thin. The handles are all Tiffany Blue G10 with black pins. Prices will be after each set of photos along with specific information for each knife. All payments can be sent to edgeknifeworks@gmail.com on PayPal G&S. As always all of the knives have a lifetime warranty and shipping is free in the US.

Starting off is my utility kitchen knife design, extremely versatile in the kitchen it can be used for a wide range of tasks from food prep, peeling, breaking down cuts of meat or fish. It’s comfortable to use on a cutting board and small enough to do very details work easily. SOLD

Up next is the work horse of the kitchen, one of my Asian style chef knives. This knife is just the right size and weight for the bulk of the work in the kitchen from dicing a dozen onions to cutting up butternut squash. I only have 1 available, it has a 7” blade and 4.5” handle. SOLD.

The final knives are a few of my smaller pairing knives. These are really thin and great for detailed work, they are comfortable to maneuver in the hand and are perfect for peeling a bag of potatoes or apples. I have 1 left, they have a 3.5” blade and a 3.5” handle. SOLD.
Thank you for looking and feel free to ask any questions.
