I have for sale this integral full tang gyuto with mustard patina hand forged from 1" round silver steel BS1407 similar to Hitachi white and spicy white 26c3
Overall length 360mm 14 1/2"
Blade length 235mm. 9 1/4"
Blade height 48.5 mm
Thickness above heel 2.3 mm
Halfway down spine 1.6mm
1cm from tip 0.8mm
Weight 220 grams
Hardened and tested at HRC 62
Red thuya burr handle with red micarta liners
Comes with maple saya and brass pin
Balances right at pinch point where blade meets bolster
This knife is thin behind the edge and razor sharp,sharpened to 6000 grit whetstone although not sharpened in pics
