Recently replaced all of my kitchen knives with carbon steel knives and tried a few different styles. This one didn't make the cut for me.
No rust but as it was used on a lot of fruit, it does have a good bit of patina.
This was $60 new from a kitchen knife retailer.
Blade Material: SK carbon steel (I believe I read SK4 on different websites)
Handle Material: Pakka wood
Hardness: 63 HRC
Blade Length: 4.9" (124mm)
Overall Length: 9" (230mm)
Height at Heel: 1" (26mm)
Thickness of Spine at Heel: .06" (1.5mm)
Weight: 2.6 oz. (76 grams)
I would like to get $40, which includes PP fees and shipping. Trades will be considered, but no more knives.
