This Jason Clark framelock flipper was purchased from Recon One Cutlery in brand new condition approximately six weeks ago, and it has never been carried or used to cut anything. I am selling at a deep discount only because I am after another knife that is currently for sale.
Here are the specs:
7.25" OAL, 3" damasteel blade. The knife is thin and light- It weighs approximately 3 oz.
I had a hard time photographing the blade, but in person, the pattern in the damasteel really stands out. The bolster is polished zirconium, the scale is high-polished carbon fiber, and the lock side is stonewashed titanium. The holes in the frame allow the damasteel pattern to show through for a very cool effect. Flips open like a rocket on IKBS bearings. The backspacer is milled titanium (in the pic it looks like there is some type of material stuck in the backspacer- that was lint that has been removed). Blade is perfectly centered. Zirconium pocket clip allows for tip up carry.
The only marks to speak of on this knife are some light swirls on the bolster and some tiny dots on the pocket clip- all of these conditions existed when I received the knife.
The craftsmanship on this knife is really something to behold, and it pains me to sell it, but like I said, I am after something else, so this one has to go and go quickly.
