I've got one helluva grail that I'm letting go. This piece will be dearly missed to say the least
Jason Guthrie Scout, V1 Frame Lock (newer slim version), Black Micarta, DP Harpoon
Don't think I've ever seen another Black Micarta DP Harpoon V1 Scout out in the wild, she's a rare bird
Specs: 2020 build date, #664, M390
I've had this piece for about 8 months, has lived in the pelican case... only taken out to admire
I believe I'm the third owner (but not positive), it's been carried and has 3 blemishes (see below for details as well as videos). The blade is pristine, I don't see a single scratch or blemish on it which leads me to believe it's never been actually used to cut anything with.
Original stud has been upgraded to Ti Connector #8 Zirc stud, blackened along with clip. It will come with the original stud.
Blemishes: Small ding out of the Micarta, top right side. Slight scratches on the lockside down at the bottom of the scale. Slight rub wear underneath clip. ALL of these can be seen in the video below and IMO are very minor. But full transparency is always the name of the game with me.
Other than that, everything else is rock solid. Lock-up, action, centering, etc
I will give this a rating of a (C) due to multiple owners, mods as well as blemishes.
