For your consideration is a beautiful slipjoint by JD Ware, featuring buffalo bark scales, a 440c blade, fileworked spine, and a 1927 silver coin hammered into a shield.
This slipjoint has very firm walk and talk, no half-stop, and no blade play vertically or laterally. It is in like new condition, and I have pocket carried it a few times in the JD Ware leather pouch that is included in this sale.
Shaving sharp!
It is an absolutely beautiful piece.
A couple of photos with other knives for comparison:
Next to a Benchmade 707 and Fiddleback Bushcrafter Jr.
Next to a Spyderco Delica and Fiddleback Hiking Buddy
Original photos from the maker:
SOLD
Thank you Bladeforums!
