Handmade out the front Triton II knife by the OTF god, Jeffry Harkins. Each one of these knives is completely handmade, one at a time, and Jeff shapes, grinds, and sharpens all his own blades. All blades are 4" in length. The knife body is machined, polished, and hardened 400 series stainless, measures 5.25" and is sizeable enough and with enough corners that it can be used by itself as a non lethal / pain compliance option via strikes or as a kubotan by those knowledgeable in safely applying such techniques. Super fast action and smooth positive operation thanks to the elegantly machined and shaped button. The jewel inset into the button is a genuine red ruby.
This is a very special set, with three spare blades (they are bolted to the internal carriage with 1-72 UNF screws which are also used to hold the knife together). All blades are stainless, the serrated dagger blade, the tanto, and the wicked looking straight razor blade are all a light stonewashed finish, while the spare unserrated dagger blade is polished. All blades are pantograph signed by The Man. In basically new condition, I've never cut anything with it and maybe fired the blade a couple dozen times in the short time I've had it.
Lets put it this way....my asking price is the same as his base price for this knife with polished dagger blade and no spares.....$2500. Extra unserrated dagger blades cost $250 a piece. Custom grinds like these three blades go up from there. Given his current workload he may not even be accepting orders for custom grinds anymore. I'm only parting with this and some other stuff because I have another Triton and I would like to get a Hawk Deadlock (which I don't have).
