LNIB. This was my desk light for a while, and was only used a few times. This is the updated version with the XM-L2 emitter and a 600lm output. It's operated by the magnetic control ring for infinitely variable output.
It incluced the titanium pocket clip that came with it. It came uninstalled and I never even installed it, so you'll see the clip screw holes are untouched.
