This is the first Belt Hawk John made back in 2011.
I've used it & even abused it once & it's still going strong.
These first 2 pics are from when I first got it.
And these three are from after having the handle replaced last year.
I cracked the first handle batoning it through too big a round.
I had John taper the handle up front so more spine was exposed for whacking on without damaging the handle & add the middle & rear lanyard hole.
These 2 are from a few weeks ago.

The handles are Oak with brass tubes & pins.
The steel is O1.
Thickness is 1/4".
OAL is 11-9/16".
Edge is 3".
The head is 3-15/16" long.
The wood of the handle is 8 -7/8".
Leather edge cover & D-Guard included.
