New and unused. This is a catch and release, I bought this off the exchange earlier this week from user KYenglish and received it today. Really nice piece, feels awesome in hand, just not quite my thing. Previous owner never used the knife and neither have I. Blade just a tad off center, no rubbing, might center up with pivot adjustment. Smooth action, no blade play. Feels secure in the closed position, though you'll probably want to tighten the pivot screws a bit. A slight burr can be felt along one side of the blade edge, should pop right off. Asking what I paid: $150 shipped **SOLD**
