Bone covers in good condition, no chips or cracks.
Blades are in good condition.
Very Strong Springs. Main blade is doable, but the small blades are difficult and I have always used a nail-nick pick.

Strong Springs. Main blade is great. Small blade is hard to open, and is easier with a nail-nick pick.

Beg your pardon; your #2 Case appears to be a 1978 vintage, not a 40-69. Still a very nice example, though! (40-69 tang stamp shown for example)
