I have several knives from John and he makes amazing blades.!!Parting with this one because my pattern of choice is jack and tear drop jack. trying to narrow my collection down!
Amazing Custom slim trapper by John Lloyd.!!! Elephant ivory scales, pinned & inlaid ss " N.Y.K. Co. " shield. Bolsters are ss & beveled in the front. Radiused,too. Pins are ss, liners ss & mill relieved. Smooth snappy 5 pull, blade centers, spring is flush in all half stop positions. 4-1/8" closed,7.5" open. Blade is 3-3/8" with 3" of edge. Hollow ground blade has a crescent nail pull & a drawn swedge. The blade & spring on this trapper is CPM-154 ss. I will ship in a padded storage case. Note...it was hard to capture the beauty of the scales and some of the pictures look a little yellow. That last picture of it in my hand is more the color.
