"This one is thin .118" thick D2 with a full flat grind and a satin finish. This MDP is nice and light weighing in at only 2.6 ounces. The handle is two color OD camo G-10 with toxic green G-10 liners and stainless tubes. Overall length is approx. 5.75" with a 2.5" cutting edge. Blade was hardened to 60-61rc by Peters in PA and is a great little slicer."

I could not praise this knife more, the fit and finish, but I'm having one more customized from JonnyMac so this beauty has to find a new home.:(:) Comes with sheath and knife. Knife has cut nothing more than the edge of a manila envelope and shows some kydex marks which I could not take a pic of.

NOTE: I have used this with a fire steel and will post pic of what the spine looks like as a result. And the price is reflecting this. Picture quality is terrible, the knife looks great, it is just to see the marks across the spine.

Hi, I am interested in this knife, but would like to know how wide is the blade at the plunge line. Also what is the total thickness of the handle at it's thickness point?

About 9/16 at its widest.

Not sure really where to measure for the plunge line. I got this pic below to show me kinda where it is. Still not really sure though.

Hi Ray, I received the knife today. I am very disappointed that you omitted the Tek Lok. Even though you said knife and sheath, it came to you with the tek Lok and it is pictured in the referenced sales thread. I think you were very misleading. You should have said that you were removing the Tec Lok. Not a good way to treat a fellow blade form member. Not a happy camper!!! Knifemack

Sorry you felt mislead Knifemack. Though there was no mention of a tek-lok being included, nor a bamboo mat also seen in those pictures. :) Order one and I will Paypal you $5.
