this is some excellent reference material for any knifemaker.
this excellent book documents arguably the most prestigious brand in the history of cutlery - joseph rodgers and sons.
at 300 pages, it's full of historical photos from the rodgers archives as well as beautiful full-color, full-page photos of some gorgeous knives, most of which are from the collection of argentine rodgers aficionado samuel setian.
this particular copy is #44 of 200 signed copies. it is signed by both the author and the collection's owner.
this copy has some minor shelf wear and a bump at one of the corners.
there is a lot of inspirational material here for any maker of knives, or just someone who appreciates looking at some of the finest knives ever made.
these originally sold for around $150 if i remember correctly.
how about $100 even and i'll pay for priority shipping?
