This knife is about a month old, and has been carried by me..yes, me, not ‘the old lady’, for several days a week in that month. Actually bought it to see who would say something @ work. Funny enough, nobody said a word. I’m a fan of the pink anyway
It has been carried, but really hasn’t cut much, literally a couple pieces of tape and 1 small box top. The tip is beautiful, the edge is pristine, as pictured below. Centering is lovely, and it spydieflicks so smooth. My one critique of the blade is that the clip side seems to have some smudges, not scratches, just something like sweat or oil stains. I just tried wiping it on my sleeve, and it just seems to move around, not wipe off, but I’m sure it’s nothing a microfiber & maybe some flitz would take care of quick fast, for someone looking for an immaculate blade. I tried my best to get the smudging from the worst possible angle in the pic below, and I’d say it’s even less perceptible in person. The other criticism is that there’s a slightly darker trail on the presentation side scale, below the rear torx screw, as pictured below as well. Also, I should mention the scales, to my eyes at least, seem a little more pale & less bright pink than they do in my photos, but then again, my color vision sux.
I’ve switched the clip for tip up carry, but no locktite was used. It will ship w/ all the original box & paperwork. Thanks so much for reading, and have a happy Valentine’s Day BF
