Hey all - another knife for sale. The is a one-off I made intended as a hunters meat processing or camp butcher knife. It could fit other roles but this was the intended design. This is a larger blade 5.25" blade and 10.25 OAL but has a thinner .118 blade stock. This one is differentially treated 26c3 and dressed in natural micarta scales, mosaic pins and tiffany blue liners. First ("I will take it" followed by and private message and payment gets it). This one was difficult to photograph so I had to use a few various locations. Hamon came out kinda neat on this one.

Asking $(Sold to S Shortknock27 ) shipped priority in lower 48.

(Small note - there are a few very faint scratches near the spine on the none logo side. No idea how this happened but wanted any buyers to be aware. You can see this in the 2nd photo but not really noticeable in person.)

Please read - A bit about me / disclaimer. I am a hobby maker and go by (K.B. Knifeworks) on bladefourms. I have been a member since 2009 but only recently in the last few years started to craft my own knives. I do my best to create a quality knife and hope others will find it useful. I, of course, use my own knives as a hunter and outdoorsman and find them quality and useful and hope others will also. I make knives in my free time as a hobby maker and do everything in-house from scratch to include design, grinding to HT. I freehand grind everything and do my best but please understand bevels/lines will not be perfect. I have a quality Heat-treat oven and use the specs outlined on Knifesteelnerds for steel specifics. I buy all my steel from pops, NJSB or knifemakerusa and most of my other materials as well (outside of wood). I use G-flex for handle expoxy so the bond is strong.

At this point in my knife making journey, I think it’s very important to be transparent and clear that I am still learning/developing skills and want any potential buyer to understand that my knives are in no way perfect. I do my best to be transparent and factor that into my asking price. I also try to be as transparent as possible, including lots of photos and videos. If you ever buy a knife from me and have an issue, please just send me a PM and I will make it right. Thank you for looking!

Awesome, thanks. I was wondering as I think can go higher but with your intended use of the knife was wondering if you actually when into the 68 range.
62 to 63 is pretty high anyway, are you referring to 68 stage before the heat treat to bing the hardness down to be less brittle?
