I'm selling a Katadyn Hiker Pro Water Filter. I've used it on two weekend backpacking trips (other trips, I use MP1 tabs), and I always flush with 3% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and dry before storage. So the Filter is in excellent, practically new, condition. Everything it came with is included, aside from the crappy ziploc they provided to keep the output hose separate from the rest of the stuff; I use a 1-quart heavy duty freezer ziploc now and it works better and is tougher.
ETA: This is the grey version, but as far as I know, they only did a cosmetic redesign for 2012, with the black units. The filter is the same, and the black Hiker Pros function no differently than the older grey ones.
