Steel: AEB-L
Heat Treat: Peters'
Hardness: 61
Blade Length: 4 1/16"
Overall Length: 8 9/16"
Thickness of Spine: .136"
Handle: stabilized burl wood and micarta liners. I got the burl wood in a trade here on Blade Forums several years ago and I cannot remember what species of wood it is. This handle also has brown micarta pins and a brown micarta thong hole. I glued it all up with West G-Flex. The burl is a little bit porous in spite of being stabilized, so I finished it with Tru-Oil. The finish is not super glossy. It is shiny, but you can feel a bit of texture on it.
Sheath: 7-8 oz. cow hide, synthetic thread, Sno-Seal.
The dye didn't soak in very well inside the sheath, as you can see in this picture. It's just a cosmetic issue, and doesn't affect performance.
I am asking $85, which includes Priority Shipping anywhere in the USA.
PayPal Goods and Services is preferred. If you are a pirate, I will accept Spanish doubloons, provided you can weigh anchor 2000 yards offshore and row up to meet me on the 57th Street Beach here in Chicago.
Thank you for looking and feel free to ask any questions.
