SOLD This one is a bit painful, my first ever commissioned slipjoint, and it's absolutely incredible. Long story short, I got one of Kerry's two-blade small swaybacks on the secondary after we'd already planned this knife together, and I fell in love with it. I've spent the last month admiring the new one, but I don't see it beating out my two-blade for the pocket. I'm a user, not a collector, and I have some expenses coming up I could use the cash for, otherwise there's no way I'd let it go. Never cut, used, or carried.
3 1/4" closed, built on the small swayback jack frame, but Kerry's first ever lambfoot, so it's technically a prototype. Etched A2 steel, perfectly matched stag, stovepipe kick, bullock shield, and birdseye pivot. Excellent action on it. Includes leather slip made by Kerry and a round of stag from which the covers were hafted. Two notes: Kerry had a small hiccup where the choil is .01" off center (would never bother me, but Kerry told me so I'm telling you). Also, I lightened up his etch a touch with flitz and a cotton swab for it to be more medium gray, it came just a touch dark for my taste.
Kerry knocked it out of the park with this build! $525 shipped PayPal G&S for this unique gem of a slipjoint
