hello friends, I'm back at it after several months off, making a run of kitchen knives.

This is 6 3/8" blade of laminated steel, Hitachi white steel core clad with 410 stainless.
the handle is 4 5/8"
.10 spine at the front of the handle
1.83" high heel
178 grams
This is a thin hard slicer at 63-64 RC, forged and heat treated by me and quenched in water as taught to me by Murray Carter.
The beauty of this steel to the user is that it takes a very keen edge and is easy to sharpen.
The frame handle is made with double silicon bronze frame and red spacer held with 10 hidden pins.
The blade is etched at the edge to reveal the core and transitions to a polished finish.
I'm asking $485 SOLD pp shipped priority mail with signature conf.
