Here is another piece I have for immedate delivery - a spartan kiritstuke style gyuto that is a one-off variation on a theme with a 18cm (about 7 1/4") 1095 steel blade ground assymetrically (right side). Its handle slabs are lightly textured black g10.
Very confortable and firm in the hand, this one is a go-to knife for most kitchen tasks.
