CCK 1303 Slicing Cleaver + Tojiro 270mm ITK Bread Knife + Opinel Carbone Parer
I'd like to sell these as a package deal.
These are all users that don't see much use from me anymore. All come sharp in working order. No rust, handle cracks, over/under grinds, edge chips or any glaring defects of notice. There's not much you can't get done in the kitchen with these three knives. I'd like to pass them on at a bargain price.
The CCK has had the lacquer coating stripped and rough handle sanded smooth. Some patina started. Edge has been thinned out some, and there's some sharpening scratches where I began out one side a bit behind the edge as seen in first pic.
Tojiro has been sharpened and blade has had a Scotch Brite pad taken to it to blend in some gnarly scratches. Looks somewhat better I think... comes with box.
Opinel has heavy patina and the edge thinned out. Handle sanded smooth.
