I've got a thin slicer up for sale here. I like the simplicity of design and materials on this one. It's nice and thin to begin with and I tapered it distally as well. I put black and orange liners on it to compliment the Cocobolo which is tiger striped and has great coloration.
Specs:
OAL: 10.75"
Blade: 6.25" long, 1" wide, full flat grind with distal taper. Hand finished to 800 grit. Thickness behind edge is 0.005" before sharpening. Sharpened to 18 DPS
Steel: 0.09" thick 440C heat treated by Peter's to RC60
Handle: Tiger striped Cocobolo with black micarta liners and pins and orange G10 pin stripes.

$SOLD Shipped CONUS International buyers welcome, shipping extra.

Robert, that is nothing but sweet! I really like the color combinations on the handle. Great job!!!!

I like that design as well, it's nice and subtle. That Cocobolo is awesome!! I use you knife regularly Robert, the edge retention has really impressed me.

I'll take this if she's still available Robert - wow brother, this design is the definition of elegance, & that wood is special - bravo!
