Catch 'n Release. I was curious about this one for some reason but I'm not really into slipjoints. So passing along for what I paid.
As I received it from original owner - he carried briefly, don't think he cut with it. Edge is factory sharp. He removed clip and lightly sanded clip in front of screw holes (see pic) because it was catching on pocket.
