Was doing some shop clean out, and have my KMG disc grinder work rest I don't use much anymore. Think I got it two years ago, nothing wrong with it besides some surface rust due to the northeast humidity. Selling for half off retail... $250 shipped

No base?
how easy is it to mount to a table, or something?
are there mounting holes?

Not 100% sure what you mean by a base, but everything you see here is what's needed to attach to a disc grinder/motor for a functioning tilting work rest. That back plate bolts on to a C Face motor, and thats what the work rest table slides in and out of. All the bolts/washers are included as well of course.
