Up for grabs tonight are two insane knives that I just can't justify keeping. Awesome awesome knives, but I don't think I'll carry them much.
1. Koenig Knives Arius, Flipper Delete, patterned titanium scales, blue backspacer, brightwashed blade finish with satin flats. M390 blade. This is a catch and release for me. I love its light weight, thin grind, and amazing action (both open and close). Solid lockup/centering. The textured ti scales add a little visual intrigue and a bit of grip. The finger choil is generous and comfortable to hold. All around winner of a knife. This is LNIB, I've only handled/flipped it, and cut a single piece of paper with it. Otherwise as it comes from Koenig. Asking Sold
2. Grimsmo Norseman #3634, stonewashed blade with pink ano/purple flakes. This thing is ridiculous and amazing at the same time. I love the unique anodization on this one, and the action is insane. In excellent condition. Details -- I have very lightly carried this around the house, and have used it to cut a couple of boxes/papers. It has been disassembled for cleaning/lubrication, which was extremely easy/straightforward. I have also very lightly touched up the front edge bevel on a fine diamond stone. This left a bit of a crosshatch pattern on the bevel itself (not the blade) as the scratch pattern of the stone wasn't completely aligned with that of the original sharpening. I've tried to photograph this in its most obvious form, but I do not notice it when handling the knife, and the front bevel is definitely sharper than it arrived from Grimsmo. Centering/lockup/action are all spot on. Comes with everything from Grimsmo. Asking sold
Looking to sell, would consider partial trades for a Pena X Series Front Flipper Trapper in micarta or a LNIB Small Sebenza 31. Thanks for looking!!!
