I have a lightly used Koenig Arius for sale. This one comes with the patterned titanium handle with the internally milled lightening pockets. Blade steel is CTS - XHP. The knife has been sharpened to 18 DPS on a Wicked Edge and carried ~4-5 times. Only lightly used to break down a few boxes. Amazing knife with incredible fit and finish, but I just really don't care for flippers or bearings, so I think I'm going to let this go.

C Corkscrew67 XHP is one of my favorite stainless steels. It is plenty stainless and I haven’t had any issues with toughness. It seems to take a more aggressive edge than S35VN to me and hold it a bit longer. I believe Koenig uses Peters heat treatment service so you know that the heat treatment is spot on.

C Corkscrew67 no experience with Curtiss but I’ve had 20ish CRKs which are widely considered the standard for folding knives. Koenig is right there with CRK in terms of fit and finish, if not better. I’m selling because I don’t care for flippers or bearings. Besides that, I really love the knife and Koenig is an awesome company that really backs their products with incredible customer service. I am this close to withdrawing the knife because of those reasons

I have heard the same about the customer service and the owner. How does it sit in the pocket? Is it to big or good size for a folder.
Curious, you don’t like bearings and flippers. Can I ask why since we are having this nice conversation. ?
