Hey everyone, for sale today I have a used Landi MPS. The knife is 1095 steel with a Peters heat treat to 59-60 rc. The blade is 3.75” long and is 1/8” thick. The knife has a patina from a cider vinegar bath when new and the rest is from being my kitchen vegetable knife over the past few months. The blade takes and holds a great edge.
