This is a sheath made by JRE that came with the Fiddleback Forge production Kephart knife, it will also fit a Fallkniven S1 as well, and probably a good range of other fixed blade knives too.

Open to any trades at this point, reason for trading is that I am getting a kydex sheath made right now for my knife and will not be using this one, this is brandy new sheath. JRE has this listed on their site for around $80-90 range so a trade in that ball park will work.
