Here's the deal - I got this from Knifecenter. It was the very last one they had. Well, when I got it I noticed the low Serial Number and had some light scratching on one side of the blade, and seemed like the box had been previously opened. I'm pretty sure this is one that was purchased and returned. The centering, edge, retention, etc all seem fine though. I can't imagine it was really used, I think the person just wasn't careful with it and ended up scratching the blade while laying it down or something(?). It's not bad in my opinion, not immediately noticeable, but is there. Take it as you will, just wanted full disclosure, and its sold as is so I want you to know what you're getting. Its in the pics. (sorry for the bad lighting and glare)
